This is a cute second story guesthouse. Its’s very private, located on our 83+ acre vineyard/ranch. We have a 6 acre working vineyard and commercially growing Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Muscat Canelli The guesthouse has recently been up-dated and is light, airy with many up-scale features and amenities. It is not completely sound proof and there is a possibility you may hear our family on occasion. This is a quiet neighborhood, no pet and party is allowed, requesting our all guests not to make any loud noise….to bring and keep any sort of recording devices is prohibited inside the unit.
