Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Välkommen till Villa Kvarndammen! Detta hus ligger längst in på en egen väg, med bara en granne bor man lantligt med gångavstånd till matbutik. Detta hus passar perfekt för 2-3 familjer. Eller för tjej eller grabbgänget som skall ha en mysig helg. Tänd den vedeldade bastun och ta ett dopp i den lilla tjärnen. Gott om plats & många sociala ytor både inne & ute. 2km från huset finns Hjortviken ett nytt hotell med poolclub möjlighet och två restauranger. Passar perfekt för en regnig förmiddag

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Stunning lakehouse - 25 min from Goteborg airport

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on your own half island with everything you may need for a calm and harmonic get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.

Hindås, egen lägenhet, sjöutsikt, egen strand, bad

Här bor du vid en badsjö i egen lägenhet. Tillgång till strand med gräsmatta, solstolar, parasoll, grill. Lägenheten ligger mitt emellan Göteborg, Borås och cafèstaden Alingsås och 15 minuter till Landvetter flygplats. Egen ingång, Allrum med kök. Sovrum med dubbelsäng. Badrum med dusch. Soffa i allrum. Fri parkering, Laddbox, Wifi, TV, AC, Tvättmaskin. Här kan du gå skogspromenad och bara en kilometer bort finns en lång fin sandstrand. 30 minuter med bil till Liseberg och Borås djurpark.

HINDÅS. Liten stuga vid sjön/Cabin by the lake

Bo i egen liten stuga tyst och lugnt på en liten hästgård. Närområdet har fina promenadvägar och intill sjö där det finns möjlighet att bada från brygga. Möjlighet att låna roddbåt och lite fiske. Fin stor allmän sandstrand på 15 minuters promenad eller med bil. På baksidan av stugan är det skog med svamp och bär när den tiden kommer. 10 minuters bilväg från Landvetters flygplats och ung. 30 min. med bil till Borås-Alingsås eller Göteborg med allt vad de har av sevärdheter och aktiviteter.

Båthuset

Välkommen till båthuset precis vid sjön! Den perfekta platsen året om att ladda batterierna eller ha som avstamp för utflykter. Sommardagar börjar du dagen med ett morgondopp från bryggan innan du sätter dig på altanen för en god frukost med utsikt över sjön. Höst- och vinterdagar kan du tända eld i braskaminen och ta ett vinterbad innan du dukar upp till frukosten i köket, fortfarande med samma fina utsikt över sjön. Vill åka in till Göteborg så är det bara 7 minuters promenad till bussen.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Vindsvåning med sjöutsikt nära Göteborg

En ljus vindsvåning i eget hus med en härlig utsikt över Västra Nedsjön. Vindsvåningen har ett lantligt läge med närhet både till Göteborg och Borås. Området har många utflyktsmöjligheter som ex Liseberg, Universeum, Textilmuseet och fina turer i Göteborgs skärgård. I närområdet finns badsjöar, fina promenad- och löpstigar, möjlighet till fiske, bär och svampplockning. Egen toalett och dusch i våningen. Boendet är lämpligt för två vuxna alternativt två vuxna och två barn.
