The path to the beach and miles of Sandy shore is 100 ft from the cottage without having to deal with crossing the hwy to get there. We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Vintage Airstream in Florence's Heceta Beach!

Enjoy a camp setting just a block-long stroll to Heceta Beach in this vintage 1964 Airstream Land Yacht. Cheerfully renovated with cushy full bed in the front and two twins mid cabin. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker, work desk. There is second Airstream at camp too, if you are traveling with others. Each with separate outdoor sitting areas. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property, and can sleep up to four people.

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.
