Step through the private entrance and into an interior filled with bright pictures, classic photos, and typical Scandinavian decor. The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. But please be carefull not to park in front of an entrance) This apartment is a part of our villa in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Det er en attraktiv lejlighed for såvel korte som lange ophold. Placeringen er midt i Århus, og alligevel er der næsten ingen trafikstøj. Lejligheden er renoveret og fuldt udstyret. Allergivenlig. Der er klassiske danske designmøbler. Der er to senge i soveafdelingen og en dobbelt sovesofa i stuen, så det er muligt at være op til fire personer. Fuldt udstyret køkken med spisebord med plads til fem. Der er the og kaffe til rådighed. Der er egen indgang, og det er muligt at benytte gårdhaven.

En smuk udsigt over havet mod Djursland og Riis Skov. I første række og med frit udsyn ud over havet og man ser ofte træning/kapsejlads i hav området lige ude foran. Der er ganske få meter til et forfriskende hav bad ved badebroen foran Lighthouse. Boligen fremstår moderne i sit udtryk med vægge i rå beton og indeholder et toilet, køkken og spiseplads på nederste plan. På første sal er der badeværelse, soveafdeling med dobbeltseng, samt sovesofa i stuen - der kan slås ud til 2 personer.

Tæt ved Aarhus C & Botanisk have

En dejlig rummelig og hyggelig kælderlejlighed tæt ved Aarhus C og lige ved siden af Botanisk Have og Den Gamle By. Huset er fra 1935, så lejligheden har patina og charme og ligger i et roligt villakvarter. Der er egen indgang, køkken med det meste og badeværelse med stor bruseniche. Der er gulvvarme og god plads i værelse og gangarealer mm. Gåafstand til universitet og midtbyen og få minutter til busser på Viborgvej og Ringgaden. Kommer du i bil er der mulighed for fri parkering.
