We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Welkom bij ‘B ‘t Oale Spoor’, op onze fijne plek direct aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met privétuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapk met 2-p bed, slaapzoldertje met 2 bedden boven de keuken en 1 bed op vide slaapkamer. Centrum en station op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en Pieterpad. Kijk ook eens op Vakantieinhellendoorn of bedandbreakfast.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Er is plaats voor twee volwassen in een slaapkamer met uitzicht op bos. Kom helemaal tot rust bij de kachel, luister naar de vogeltjes en de ruisende bomen. De boekenkast staat vol met boeken en spelletjes. In het leuke Voorthuizen is van alles te doen, dus naast rust is er veel vertier te vinden in de omgeving.
