Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. 3 bedroom coastguard cottage with an Aga, which is situated in the hamlet of Soar, nestled inbetween Salcombe and Hope Cove. Within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounded by neighbouring farmland and National Trust Land. Both Soar Mill Cove and South Sand beaches are within walking distance of the property. The Piggery at Oldaway

The Piggery is a self contained converted Pigstye in the grounds of Oldaway Barn, a smallholding near to Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The light and airy cottage has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and good sized shower room. With underfloor heating throughout it is open all year round. Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
