Welcome to our treehouse inspired, modern cabin overlooking The Kenfield Brook on Terrill Gorge. We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

Our treehouse is a haven of well-being, peace, and elegance. In our stunning modern treehouse we have brought relaxation to a whole new level. Surrounded amongst us is nothing but woods & wildlife. Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Relax at our unique, tranquil getaway as you take in the stunning mountain & lake views. Our cottage is nestled among trees & natural vegetation on a bluff above Lake Memphremagog, accessible via stairs that hug the incline. Inside, you will find comfortable amenities together with sweeping views of Canada & decor that lets you have an 80s retro experience complete with well-kept original carpets, wallpaper, & flooring. Outside, nature wraps you in the calming beauty of tall trees & greenery.

The House of the Setting Sun, Private Apartment

The House of the Setting Sun is a great place to rest, relax & re-energize. Located in a family friendly neighborhood, while still within walking distance to restaurants & close to downtown Newport. The apt has its own dedicated WiFi, easy for working remotely. Downstairs is a room with a ping pong/pool table. You will have your own deck, where you can sit & enjoy a cup of coffee to begin your day or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets. Hosts on site and ready to assist if needed.

This cozy little house is a step out of town and offers all the conveniences you will need! While still close enough to Jay Peak, Lake Memphremagog is right out your window! The Newport Country Club, Gardner Park (playground, basketball court, ball fields, fishing and ice skating), grocery store, movie theater, restaurants, shops, a lovely boardwalk and bike path are all within less than a mile. TV downstairs with streaming services and a projector upstairs in loft. Super cool! Welcome!

WELCOME TO THE CAL ZONE! Lake Memphremagog is a special place located on the border of Canada with half the lake in the US and half in Canada (31.6 miles long). The views of the lake and the mountains never get old. We get the best sunsets too. The cottage is cozy but also roomy and is steps away from the lake. It offers all the creature comforts of home while roomy, open and one level. The lake is shallow, clear and has a sandy bottom. The yard is large and available for family fun too.
