The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Walk through the grass on our 14 acre field or sit in the dappled shade of our mini arboretum. It's a 30 min scenic drive to many great beaches.
