This listing is for the Main House-Unit B. It is a 3bd, 2ba home. It has all you need to have a wonderfully relaxing stay and be very close to historic downtown Hot Springs, AR. Take note: -Master bathroom has a bathtub with no shower. -There is an apartment rental below the Main house with a separate entrance & a tiny cabin rental on the same property. -No locals. -Please let us know if you have children, so that we can run a few rules by you before booking. -Please get Travel Insurance!

We don’t charge if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/large gatherings are not allowed.

Take the bikes out of the vehicle and ride down to the Pullman Trailhead, only 0.3 miles away, to gain access to Northwoods Trail and Cedar Creek Trail for some of the nations best mountain biking! Or ride down to the downtown strip to enjoy dining (fine and relaxed), shopping, and more!!
