Steinhaus mit Terrasse, Garten und Meerblick

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Casa Mola je kuća koja se nalazi u masliniku 1,5 km udaljena od Sumartina, mjesto na kojem imate potpunu privatnost, mir i tišinu a svega ste nekoliko minuta vožnje autom udaljeni od centra mjesta i prekrasnih plaža. Topla voda i struja se napajaju solarnim panelima. Odmorite se i opustite u ovoj mirnoj oazi.
