De villa heeft een eigen toegangsweg met poort. De begane grond heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken en een eetkamertafel voor 8 personen, een woonkamer met open haard en een gastentoilet. Op de begane grond zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ligbad. Via een trap naar boven bereik je de andere 2 slaapkamers; ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet.
