Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

If you need a quiet and relaxing retreat, Sunset View Ranch is just the place. This 3-acre ranch is just what you need to get away from the struggles of life. Landscaping is pristine with plenty of room to roam, sightsee, and view. Snowmobiles are also welcome in the winter months. Plus, there's a small basketball court and fire pit. Remodeled split-entry "Hilltop Hospitality House" was my childhood home. One hour from Omaha in the lovely Loess Hills, with beautiful lake and valley views, (sleeps ten). Three queen beds, one double bed, one sofa sleeper, full kitchen, two full baths, laundry, a spacious open floor plan for large groups, and a large deck overlooking my friendly hometown, this is a great space for groups and family gatherings. Nice studio apartment above the garage rents separately.
