The Prescott Place is a fully furnished, private one bedroom with a queen bed, plus loft with 2 twin beds and futon. Full kitchen and bathroom. Downtown Prescott Courthouse Square is just 1.3 miles and .5 mi to the Rodeo grounds. Minutes to dining, hiking, biking, parks and shopping. This cozy cabin with million dollar views is a great place for families and couples to unplug and relax while sitting on the deck enjoying the panoramic view of the national forest, stars and city lights. You'll probably see a deer below the deck. We get lots of birds and squirrels at our feeder. Full kitchen, deck grill, comfortable sectional sofa, queen air mattress, 2 twin mattresses. We're approx 15 min from downtown Whiskey Row, Starbucks and Walmart. AC units in bedrooms and family room.

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.
