We named Moon Bay Cottage for our favorite time to visit, when the moon is full, and the moonlight shimmers on the waters of Penobscot Bay. Gran Den is a large, kid-friendly home on the sunset side of a 9 mi lake (Toddy Pond). Enjoy privacy, stunning elevated sunsets, a dock, raft, canoe, big yard and a tennis court! Deck spans the length of the home - great for grilling, sunbathing, meals, drinks, naps and stargazing. Waterfront and tennis ct only 100 ft from deck. Enjoy all nature offers, loons, bald eagles, humming birds – on a lake that you’ll feel like you own. Close to Acadia National Park, Deer Isle & Blue Hill.

Seaside House/Upstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer with this as your home base. The views are outstanding and the house is well appointed and well maintained. This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

The Tiny House on Goose Cove is the perfect place from which to enjoy your visit to Acadia National Park. Set on three acres of shore front property, the house features spectacular views of Mount Desert Island. The entrance to the Park, and the shops and restaurants of Bar Harbor, are just 20-25 minutes away by car. And when you've had enough of the bustle and crowds, you can retreat to the peace and serenity of this beautiful property.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage by the sea. Walk along the the shoreline to explore downtown Belfast. A turn in the other direction takes you to City Park. Oceanfront GLAMPING. This truly unique waterside cabin is literally just feet from the ocean! If you want to be "on the water" then this is your spot...! You enter by walking down the expansive yard to the cabin (about 200 feet). The indoor bathroom, hot tub, and deck are at the main house where you park.

Islesboro Boathouse

The Boathouse is on Gilkey Harbor with western views over the Camden Hills and spectacular sunsets. Full use of dock directly in front of the boathouse. Full beachfront access & many acres to explore! LGBT friendly. Harbor tour can be arranged at an additional cost.
