A fully private 18 m² studio in a quiet residential area of Yotsuya, Shinjuku City—ideal for 1–2 guests. Rest comfortably in a 140 cm-wide double bed, frequently praised by our guests. Blackout curtains keep the room dark, while a completely silent fridge helps maintain the peaceful atmosphere throughout the night. From the window, you can catch a small glimpse of Suga Shrine. Refresh with a powerful shower in the private shower room. Gentle, additive-free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. A Panasonic NanoCare hair dryer, designed to be gentle on the hair and scalp, is also available, along with a Japanese-style washlet toilet. Unlimited in-room WiFi and Pocket WiFi (3 GB/day) are provided. Watch Japanese terrestrial TV channels on the 36-inch wall-mounted TV. A 150 cm-wide desk is available for remote work, trip planning, or creative time. Basic stationery supplies, charging cables for iPhones and Android devices, extension cords, and universal travel adapters are also provided. Although compact, the room has a high ceiling, which helps it feel open rather than cramped. There is no full kitchen or washing machine, but the room includes a fridge, an electric kettle, and a small coffee and drinks area. There is also a laundromat nearby. On the day of check-in, you may drop off your luggage after 1:00 PM. Please note that the cleaner may still be working, so you will need to leave the room until check-in begins at 4:00 PM. After checking out by 12:00 PM, you may leave your luggage in the room until 1:00 PM. Please note that the building does not have an elevator. Room 301 is reached by walking up 25 steps. There is also a slightly steep slope on the way from the station to the property. Most guests have no problem with the steps or the slope, but please keep this in mind if you have very heavy luggage or mobility concerns.
