Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. Frequent buses depart every 5–11 minutes to Slussen, the heart of Södermalm, with a travel time of approximately 15 minutes. On-site parking is available (first spot on the left). The house spans 140 m² and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, an open fireplace, a TV room, a laundry machine, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Walking distance to the shopping malls in Sickla or Nacka Forum. Parking space included.

Your private guest suite is located just 20 minutes from Stockholm city and Old Town (Slussen, 5.5 km) by bus , and from there, it’s just a 5-minute walk to Gamla Stan, With six different bus lines running approximately every five minutes, getting around is easy and convenient. Private, peaceful, and truly special views.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
