I am located on Main Street in the historic district in walking distance of restaurants, small shops, parks & a couple of tiny museums. The rental is a 1 room apartment over a detached garage. It includes a full bath & small kitchenette w/ fridge, microwave, coffeemaker w/ coffee & tea & other small appliances. 12 mins. to NYC & Phila. train 5 mins. NYC bus & NJ Turnpike 5 mins. other shopping etc.

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. This is a perfect apartment for a beach vacation! Enjoy waterfront views of the bay on both sides of the apartment as well as a private deck with stairs to backyard and lagoon. The ocean, restaurants & bars, and the board walk are all within walking distance. Please be advised, due to the location of this property, it is not suitable for small children who cannot swim. You can enjoy the beautiful Bungalow beach right in front of your eyes, the famous boardwalk filled with confection shops and amusements, the Tanger Outlets so that you can shop until you drop, and all the Casinos to test your luck. Come enjoy this private, spacious beach house and easily experience all the great things Atlantic City has to offer!

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
