Our Margarita Bliss is a very modern and comfortable apartment with a fabulous large terrace and some of the most gorgeous views you will find anywhere along the Dalmatian coast! This is a 65m2 delightful apartment consisting of one bedroom (one double), two full bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, living room with large pull-out sofa, and a spacious terrace with an amazing sea and Island views. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very spacious with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The apartment suits 4 people comfortably with the one full bed and pull-out bed in sofa. The terrace provides for a great place to have an evening dinner with family or relax with your favorite drink and enjoy the view of the coastline or the blue of the Adriatic. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island or see the lighted sky over Split! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and café’s offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has an air-conditioning unit, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile and hardwood laminate thru-out the unit and furniture that are very comfortable and relaxing. The two bathrooms have an enclosed shower and ample room. Apartment is situated in one of the beautiest parts of Adriatic coast, in little place named Sumpetar which is situated between two pearls of Middle Dalmatia, Split on west side and Omiš on the east side. This beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment is situated directly on the fabulous beach, a more perfect location is not possible.

Newly refurbished and sunny apartment is located in a beautiful classical style 1930’s villa. The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. This 75m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate two to four people. It has a private parkingplace if you are comming with car. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

The pool features a powerful counter-current swimming system, allowing you to swim endlessly without touching the wall.
