This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. De villa heeft een oppervlakte van 280 m2 en de capaciteit is 8+2. De villa beschikt over vele voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor een kwaliteitsvakantie, zoals een buitenzwembad, een hot tub, een zonneterras met ligstoelen, een eethoek in de openlucht en een barbecue. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, terwijl er op de eerste verdieping 4 slaapkamers zijn, elk met airconditioning, tv en een eigen badkamer. Het ontbijt is bij de prijs inbegrepen.

Villa consist of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen with kitchen island where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Villa Fortuna is a brand new holiday home with swimming pool and big spacious terrace, overlooking Adriatic see and Dalmatian islands. The space for the guest is located on a first floor which includes a private swimming pool, big spacious terrace with lounge area, garden with dining/grill area is available exclusively for guests. Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.
