After our storming success for 6 years with our cosy Hayloft Apartment, we have totally refitted the bathroom, installed a brand new kitchen and added a single bedroom / study. Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. Home-cooked ready meals are available in the fridge or freezer when you arrive. Message when you book and we can supply details. The Welcome pack's a big hit.

The Garden House II at Top View

A private, single storey, self-contained home with secure parking for 3 cars behind electric gates plus rapid EV charging (£20/car/charge). The Garden House offers two king sized, double bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Spacious and light, up a short, private driveway in the heart of the village. A south east facing front garden and large, shared, west facing rear garden with far reaching views. A haven for peace and quiet or a good basecamp for outdoor activity. Not suitable for children.

Stable Lodge, a self contained country retreat.

Located in the Leicestershire countryside, this peaceful location is the perfect spot for walkers (on the Leicestershire Round), cyclists and those simply wanting to get away. The annex is separated from the main house by the utility area/entrance, handy for storing muddy boots and coats. There are basic cooking facilities (microwave but no cooker), however complimentary breakfast items are included. The nearest pub serving food is only a mile away and there are many more to choose from!

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Private wing in old farmhouse, EMA Donington Park

You will be comfortable in our house, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, and one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

Drift View Shepherds Hut

Welcome to Drift View, lovingly designed and built by ourselves and set on our family farm close to the Rutland/Leicestershire border. The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. You can experience the peace and tranquillity the location provides whilst enjoying the luxury of the shepherds hut which has an en-suite with shower, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and both indoor/outdoor dining areas.

We love that within a short walking distance there is the convenience of a 24hr Leicester North Services. Which includes, Little Waitrose, Costa Coffee Express and KFC. Also locally there’s a pharmacy, fish and chip shop, one stop convenience store and a cafe. All with the benefit of Park and Ride allowing quick access into Leicester a 5 minute walk away.

Modern Stable Conversion

Situated in the beautiful countryside of rural Leicestershire, this modern converted stable will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of your surroundings, whilst staying in a contemporary guesthouse. The property includes complimentary tea and coffee, and the free use of a Nespresso machine, sky TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A Tesla/EV charger is also available to use at extra cost. Well behaved dogs are more than welcome to stay!

Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
