Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee!

Deck with grill and fire pit in the cutest cottage in Johnson City. Each of the bedrooms have their own well appointed bathrooms and there is a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full size w/d . Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee, per pet. I can request the pet fee when you check in.
