Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 min to Walmart, 1 hr to META Site, between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both 1 hour away. Great to visit & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. WI-FI & Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Remain secluded or visit! Our dogs are a guest favorite!

Policies: - No smoking -No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings. -Must be 25 years old to book.

Larger than any hotel room, this studio apartment offers space, while being located just one block from the Mississippi River. Outside we have a fryer, black stone grill, and a little smokey available for all your cooking needs. We offer 2 kayaks and a large roll out mat for plenty of fun on the water.
