This studio is attached to our home, although it's completely separate and you'll have complete privacy.

We are two minutes walk away from one of the beautiful Parahaki walks which takes you to the lookout at the top.

4 bedroom home nestled in native bush only 2k from city centre. Restful, private and scenic place to unwind. There are 3 indoor lounge areas - 2 have SmartTVs, Netflix and Sky. There are 3 outdoor seating areas- one has large outdoor table (seats 9) perfect for BBQ and eating outdoors. The pool is just over 1 metre deep which means children over 6 years can stand in pool. Our lovely 1920s Bach is a one-minute walk from the beach which is over 100kms long. With quirky character & few mod-cons this is a place to be away from the TV, rest up & enjoy stunning nature on the doorstep. We have kept as many original features as possible, so you get to experience a traditional Kiwi holiday - with a few added comforts. We are dog friendly - check the house rules. Fibre WIFI very efficient. BBQ available. Maximum guest number is 3 including children/infants/babies.

The Annex - self contained unit .

The Annex is on a small farmlet, 6 km south of Whangarei, with harbour views. It was a sleepout, built in the 1980's, separate, but next to the main house. It has two bedrooms. There is a double bed and two singles plus a day bed in the living area. The living/ dining area, has a wood fire. There is a small shower room and separate toilet. It is situated about 100 mtr off SH1, so there can be road noise. There are no streetlights and it can be very dark if you arrive after sundown.
