O προαύλιος χώρος περιβάλλεται απο δεντρα όπως ελιές καρυδιές και τον γεροπλάτανο που της ρίζες του βρέχει μια πολύ όμορφη φυσική πηγή.Το θρόισμα των φύλλων και το κελάιδισμα των πουλιών είναι τα χαρακτηριστικά που καθιστούν την γειτονία ίσως την γραφικότερη και πιο ήσυχη.
