Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Καλαμαριάς. Οι στάσεις του μετρό και του λεωφορείου για το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης βρίσκονται 1 λεπτό μακρια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο ισόγειο και έχει μια ήσυχη αυλή που βλέπει σε ακάλυπτο. Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο με πλυντήριο για ρούχα, μεγάλο σαλόνι και δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια.
