It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the 'Rifleman's Arms'.

It has been in our family since the 70s and always filled with art, music and meditation. The space has a special feel to it - a great place to be quiet or to simply get away. You are a few minute’s walk from the town centre as well as stunning walks through woods and into the Lake District.

The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.
