Private parking right near the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

Located in Downtown Bothell, you'll enjoy being able to walk to Downtown's restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment venues! We're also walking distance to University of Washington Bothell Campus and Cascadia College, and the Woodinville Wine Country is just a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Seattle attractions are 1/2 hour by car; Bellevue and Lynnwood are a 20 minute drive.

I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
