We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! Our community is small, private, and home to only a handful of residents- each blessed with stunning lake and mountain views, but very few with direct beach access. That’s what makes us different. At Juniper Point, you’re not just near the water- you’re steps away from it. Our standards have set the benchmark for the area and are often imitated, but never matched. 🦉
