The Ranch House is the perfect getaway for your family & friend gatherings & able to sleep up to 12 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The open living room, dining room, & full kitchen offer plenty of space to visit, cook, & enjoy each other's company. The full front & back porches are lovely for hanging out. The back porch is screened in with a ping pong table. The large patio between the back porch & pool is the ideal place to BBQ, play cornhole, relax on the hammocks, & take in the views.

Welcome to the Day's Away River Hs, located on the beautiful Guadalupe River in Center Point, TX. Located halfway between Comfort & Kerrville & halfway between Bandera & Fredericksburg. 50 minutes from San Antonio & 30 minutes from Hunt. The water is deep & the river is wide at our retreat. You can barbecue, swim, tube, canoe, fish or just relax. There are 2 wonderful covered decks that run across the entire back of the house. Our precious house is fully equipped to provide a marvelous vacation.

Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. The property is comprised of 257 acres and features two lakes. The lakes are both stocked with bass for catch and release fishing. If you like to hike, you will find plenty of space for exploring.
