There is a fabulous view of the Kingsbridge estuary from the bedroom and the living space so you can enjoy the sparkle of the water in your bed or while eating at the large table overlooking the garden and large patio. With folding patio doors there is the option of outdoor/indoor living or a game of pool if it's raining.

From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. We have some cold beers waiting in the fridge for you as well as other treats & essentials.

This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.
