Crowfoot's Cottage is situated on the Norfolk-Suffolk border, in the beautiful Waveney Valley. Lying in grounds of seven acres including a lake and woodland, it is a haven for wildlife and an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The oldest parts of Crowfoot's cottage date from the 17th century and have been lovingly renovated. Within a short walk of the cottage are a village shop pub and Broome Heath which is ideal for dog walking/fishing. More shops and restaurants in Bungay just a mile away

Nutberry, Countryside 1 Bedroom Farm Cottage

A simple comfortable little traditional Cottage in a rural location yet close to Beccles and Bungay Town. Our small Cottage offers simple, comfortable accommodation. The open-plan layout combines the kitchen, living and dining areas with a double bed, creating a practical and easy-to-use space for couples or solo travellers. The cottage also has a separate private bathroom. Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage during their visit, and parking for one car is available if required.

The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. The town of Loddon lies just one mile away and has a variety of Shops, Cafes and Public Houses as well as a number of Takeaways. Fibre Broadband at the property.

Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. A unique place with great style, the Studio at Stone house is minutes from fabulous fishing lakes and dog walking trails and a 10 minute drive from the legendary Norfolk broads, It is a two story fully furnished holiday studio with one king size bed on the first floor and an open plan lounge and kitchen together with a separate wet room bathroom on the ground floor. With its own front door, kitchen/dining room, bedroom/lounge and toilet/shower room. This accommodation is not suitable for children. We also have a small campsite on site.
