Use stairs to access the beach and boat house which houses two single kayaks, one double kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs for guest use. One exterior security camera, which monitors the driveway is present.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

Puget Sound Waterfront - Blue Heron House

This historic cabin is located right on the beach, just a few feet from the high tide mark. It's the only cabin immediately on the beach for miles either direction; all other houses are above at street level. Just 90 minutes from downtown Seattle via the Seattle / Bainbridge Island ferry.
