Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! This brand new villa is located in a quiet location near the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The house consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony and a private pool. All rooms are air-conditioned. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea. Our guests have a private entrance and parking. Barbecue and WiFi are included in the price, and the pool is heated. The apartment is part of a new built house where only natural materials like old recycled stones and bricks were used which give it a special Mediterranean charme.

Donja Klada house (The address is Donja Klada 18/p) is the part of the Velebit nature park and placed in the peaceful cove near old town Senj, across the islands Rab and Goli Otok. This is the family holiday house on the coast with private parking for two cars, a perfect place for swimming, fishing and diving. The house is situated in the first and only row on the coast with no disturbance of other tourists. It's the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge.

Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
