Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. We have a lovely airbnb on 80 acres in Southern Oregon 30 minutes from Crater Lake. It is a full 1,000 sq ft basement in our home; entirely separate with its own entry. It includes one bedroom, one bath, a full kitchen (apt size stove/oven), and a large room with 2 sleeper sofas. The table is a combo game/bumper pool table. Pellet stove and a big screen TV (for movies only) included. There is free wi-fi and a stereo for your use.
