Haikaa is located in a coastal Chinese village just 1.5 hours from KL. It is a renovated 1980s home redesigned by @Haus Studio, featuring bright, naturally ventilated rooms, a sea-facing main hall with folding doors, and a peaceful courtyard shared by the hall and two bedrooms. The house sleeps 12 guests and includes two bedrooms, a kitchen with basic cookware, two bathrooms, a dining area, and flexible living space perfect for small events or family stays. Local attractions are minutes away.

Villa Karangsari is a charming villa located in Sungai Buloh, ideal for leisure and intimate gatherings with family and friends. Designed to evoke the beauty of Bali, the property features a private pool that overlooks the Main Hall. Its open layout promotes cross ventilation, while the serene surroundings create a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur. Although the villa can host up to 30 guests at once, it offers cozy accommodations for up to 9 overnight guests.

Our Bungalow (4,800sf) located in PJ Old Town, can accommodate 35pax overnight (could add on mattress (5pax max) with additional cost) and up to 80 pax for event. Please note that our property comfortably accommodates 35 guests, if your group size exceeds this limit or if you plan to use the space for commercial purposes, events, team building, weddings, celebrations, or parties, please note that an additional fees ranging from RM 300 to RM 1000 may apply for specialized events.
