To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we require a security deposit of RM 300 upon check-in. If a party/buffet is held, an additional venue and cleaning fee of RM 200 will be charged. WELCOME to Memories Homestay 2 " The Vacation House " This house is a 7000sf One and the half Banglo corner lot. Located in Taman Cheng Indah which is about 20mins drive to Melaka Town. The house can PAX for 30+ peoples with the facilities of a 20ft x 40ft private pool with jacuzzi and facilite with BBQ sets at the pool side. The light of the pool is colourful and you can swim at night or even midnight if you want. It's a wonderful place to relax for families gathering or party with friends.

Please note that our property comfortably accommodates 35 guests, if your group size exceeds this limit or if you plan to use the space for commercial purposes, events, team building, weddings, celebrations, or parties, please note that an additional fees ranging from RM 300 to RM 1000 may apply for specialized events.

At high tide the river can be crossed with one of our shared kayaks - or just by swimming/wading through the water - and during low tide it's easy to walk in and out of the property.
