You'll have the space to yourself with a private entrance, a lovely lanai to enjoy the sunset, televisions, a well appointed kitchenette, and more! The home is located at a cool and comfortable elevation just 10 minutes from Kona International Airport and 10-15 minutes from downtown Kona. We are a busy family of 4 (+pets) living upstairs.
