Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Olvídese de todas las preocupaciones cotidianas en este alojamiento espacioso y tranquilo. Despiértese con el canto de los pájaros, póngase la bata y baje al lago para darse un chapuzón. Desayuna en la terraza y planea una caminata por la naturaleza o un paseo en nuestra canoa. Hay muchos lagos para caminar o pescar. Si hay demasiada tranquilidad, Gotemburgo está a solo 20 minutos en auto o puedes tomar el autobús, a 5 minutos. El centro de Mölnlycke está a 5 km. Se tarda 23 minutos en auto en llegar al aeropuerto de Landvetter. ¡Bienvenido!

Spacious apartment in central Gothenburg

Spacious and family friendly apartment within 10 minutes walk from Liseberg, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium and Ullevi. With a lovely garden view from the balcony and a nice patio it's the perfect place for a stay in Gothenburg. In the apartment there is a double bed in the master bedroom as well as in the smaller bedroom, which makes it perfect for a family to stay. In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Este acogedor apartamento loft se encuentra en una zona tranquila a solo 7 minutos en tranvía del centro «Korsvägen» en el distrito de eventos, el lugar de encuentro de familias y visitantes de congresos de Gotemburgo.Korsvägen también es donde circulan los autobuses del aeropuerto. La parada de tranvía está a solo 5 minutos a pie (500 metros) del apartamento. Si deseas coger el autobús a las zonas más verdes de la ciudad, la parada de autobús está a solo 170 metros de tu alojamiento.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Centralt boende i Linnéstaden med unik design

Välkomna upp till sjätte våningen, och varmt välkomna in till ett kvadratsmart hem med en helt unik design och gemensam takterass. (Tillfälligt avstängd) I Göteborg är Tredje Långgatan känd för sitt levande kultur-, butiks-, bar-, och restaurangliv. Här har du även närhet till naturen i Slottsskogen och Botaniska Trädgården. Med spårvagn så tar det ca 10 min till city. Om man vill åka på en skärgårdstur med båt så utgår dessa ifrån Stenpiren, 5 min bort. Välkomna!

Supermysigt Attefalls hus!

Casa Oliva - det finaste vi har byggt! Huset ligger centralt i Mölndal, i ett lugnt villaområde, nära Göteborg. Vårt nya Attefallshus på 30 m2 som heter Casa Oliva, är ett väldigt hemtrevligt litet hus som byggdes 2021 och är i superfint skick. Passar bl.a. dig som reser ensam, alt. er som besöker Göteborg på en par-weekend eller längre semester, eller den mindre familjen (2 vuxna, 2 barn). Kom och njut av vårt mysiga lilla hus som har nära till allt! Välkomna!

The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Enjoy morning coffee by the lake, take a dip in the clear water, go fishing or explore the beautiful surroundings.
