Beautiful Thatched Cottage Annex with Piano
Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. Hot tub available Mar - Oct (and New Year's Eve) for an additional charge. Substantial breakfast pack provided. With a village pub close by what’s not to love?

Newly built comfortable annexe connected to the side of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse. Double bedroom with lovely beams. Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

Myer Bridge Farm Cottage
Myer Bridge Farm Cottage is situated on the A425, one mile out of the market town of Southam. It is a detached two-bedroom cottage that has been renovated and refurbished to a high standard. The Cottage sits immediately adjacent to the Farm House, and is part of a small 40 acre farm. We are on an A road so there is traffic noise. (please be aware that guests book and then complain about the road) As a working farm, there is animal noise too. The cottage is NOT suitable for children.

Self-contained one bedroomed (with king size bed) detached converted barn. The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.

The Annex is located in a quiet, small residential Court in a village location. There is a local pub/restaurant a short stroll away, otherwise local amenities can be found in Banbury, a couple of miles away, including supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and main line train station (London, Marylebone 50 mins, Birmingham New Street/Snow Hill 40 mins, etc.).
