Note - Our nightly rate with AirBnB fees has remained the same since 2025. Pricing appears different since AirBnB started playing a shell game and forced all fees onto the host. Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. For folks bringing pets, if you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

Over the past two years, we've completely restored the space with modern amenities, including all tile bathrooms, a walk-in shower, fully remodeled kitchen, washer & dryer, etc... The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV.
