The Little House with Country Charm Cute house with everything you need. Enjoy relaxing on the covered front porch, or by the fire in the back yard. Mancave has a view of the firepit. Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts great perch fishing. Just a 2 minute drive to the pier and beach, or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.
