Charming home in downtown Culver on a quiet street. Located in the center of town, one block from the town beach, walking distance to Culver Academies, and Main Street. Partial view of lake Maxinkuckee from the deck! Two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, and one full bathroom. Basement has a full bathroom with 4 bunk beds, and couch. Dining room, large living room, and outdoor patio offer many places to gather. Full kitchen, and small office for dedicated work space. Off street parking.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis where you will see Bold Eagles hanging out in our backyard tree. Enjoy kayaking and fishing during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

A great place to retreat with all the key amenities to complete your stay after enjoying everything this quaint town has to offer. The backyard has access directly to the river, where you can sit around the firepit and watch the water go by as you relax with your family and friends. This house is located just down the road from the town park and walking distance to the riverside rentals. Please be aware you are not in a big city, some resources will be limited.
