The outside terrace is directly on the water oriented to the south. 15min drive to Thun.

On y accède par un jardin luxuriant et une vue imprenable sur le lac et l’île de Saint-Pierre. Conçu avec ingéniosité ( canapé-lit ) , le pavillon vous offre un grand confort dans un petit espace ( 12 mètres carré ). Découvrez ma deuxième annonce à Erlach: les rêveries, au coeur de la vieille ville. Loft de 75 mètres carré rénové avec jardin.

STUDIO, de 25m2 et mezzanine de 10 m2 sont situés sur le devant de notre maison. Il se compose d’une grande pièce avec bloc cuisine, table à manger, canapé-lit 2 places. Douche à l’italienne, WC. Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.
