Private, quiet & separated by fence from the main house, this Creole cottage was built in 1860, is comfortable & cozy, with hardwood floors, central AC/heat. 5 Beds! The Balcony Suite is an intimate space with a private bathroom. It was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. If you need to go to bed early, we might not be a good fit. Uniquely located, close to the Garden District, Arts/Museum District, French 1/4 and the Conventional Center

NOLA Guesthouse with Private Pool

Guesthouse with private outdoor heated, pool! Separate entrance opening to charming courtyard only shared with property owner (host). Walking distance to Magazine Street and street car on St. Charles Ave. Short distance to Audubon Park, French Quarter, Tulane/Loyola, and Garden District. Only registered guests allowed access to property, including pool, at all times. Free Tesla charging. If you wish us to heat the pool, there is a $50/day charge and we need a days notice.

Garden apartment in historic property with large yard and pool. Two blocks to Canal street car servicing French Quarter. Close proximity to beautiful City Park. Blocks away from local restaurants. A short distance to Jazz Fest and Voo-Doo Festival grounds. Unit has a bedroom, bathroom, and a sitting room. Pool and yard area is common space. Only registered guests allowed access to property, including pool. NO PETS allowed as there is already a very friendly dog on site.
