Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. Not too far to FIFA WC matches (2:15 to AT&T and 3:00 to NRG).
