There is AC/heating with an adjustable thermostat, dimmer for the lights and a ceiling fan. You may stream movies/show apps included during your stay (Netflix Disney etc). Outside you also have access to a pool, seating area with a gas fire pit 4 people max may stay Electric queen air mattress is located in the ottoman in case a 2nd bed is needed along with extra sheets and blanket

Our house rules are simple, no parties, no smoking of any kind inside and no pets. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if any of the rules are broken.
