1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. The Mowhay is situated on Rockfield. With beautiful views all around, you can really escape. In the middle of the contryside and sea views towards Falmouth. It is situated for travelling around Cornwall and has beautiful walks on your doorstep such as the Old Tram Way. It's an upside down house with two bedrooms, utility and shower room downstairs all opening up to an enclosed patio. An open plan living area upstairs has a second door opening to the hot tub level and has it's own parking.

Lower Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables boast a wood fired hot tub, beams, wood burner, luxurious bathroom with roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy the rural idyll; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced gardens with barbecue and fire pit for stargazing.

Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
