Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Reflective of the era in which it was built, with low ceilings (7 foot!) & cozy spaces, as well as a private patio. (NO A/C. NO pets.) The cottage is in a residential cul-de-sac 3 blocks UP the hill from the center of town. 10 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, 5 minute drive to The Stanley & Safeway, walkable .7 mile to Skyview. The cottage does have a garage/basement however parking in the garage is prohibited due to the tight fit.
