Property located on Lyon’s Bay, in Nokomis, Florida. This three-bedroom upper Condo unit is situated within a ten minute walk to Nokomis Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Open kitchen fully equipped, Office area. Wi-Fi Large master suite, second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom features four twin beds, walk-in closet and its own full bath. Your stay comes with access to paddle boards kayaks, which can be launched from a floating dock. Also available for your use are beach chairs and coolers.

We have electric power! Home stayed dry during hurricane Milton. Clean and ready! Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail. The Ibis Cottage

Freshly renovated, The Ibis Cottage is a cozy studio on a beautiful property overlooking a small lake. It is a 5 minute drive to Nokomis Beach, Siesta Beach and Venice Beach are within easy reach, and a block away to the Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice). Enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret. The cottage is conveniently located between Sarasota and Venice. The perfect location for enjoying the Gulf coast and outstanding beaches.

Crystal House on Siesta Key Beach

This is an updated and renovated two bedroom suite on Siesta Key. Complete with marble dining table, stainless appliances and large televisions. There is a computer in the spare bedroom for your convenience along with an Xbox and DVD player. We tried to think of everything so please feel free to make suggestions after your stay. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. The sofa is a Laz-Y-Boy and is not a sleeper but is very comfortable!!! There is a set of twin-twin bunks in the main room!

Evenings are for the firepit, grilling on the charcoal BBQ, or cornhole under the stars. We’ve stocked shark tooth gear, beach essentials, toiletries, coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, and a welcome bottle of wine — so you can arrive, unpack, and relax.

Great location! Bring your dog, bring your boat and enjoy the Florida sun in your heated saltwater swimming pool. Fish off your private dock while watching for dolphins or manatee. You can meet the rest of the opacarophiles who walk to the beach to view the sunset. Relax in the jacuzzi with your favorite beverage. NOTE: Beach is sandy but the water is BRACKISH, not clear. This is mostly a retirement neighborhood. This is NOT a party house and not suitable for unattended children.

Welcome back to paradise ! STEPS to your private beach without the tricks or gimmicks found elsewhere on the Siesta Key. This is the only studio in the Palm Bay Club tower on ground level with breathtaking views of the white sand and gulf waters. The Palm Bay Club offers 2 pools, hot tub, gym, boat docks, fishing pier, outdoor grills, tennis/pickle ball courts; not to mention FREE parking+ beach lounge chairs. Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
