Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

Farmhouse Retreat- Skiing/ long stays/ short stays

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

There's many great restaurants in the area, and a grocery store within walking distance. Layton Hills Mall is about 5 miles away & there's a Sam's Club within 5 miles & a Costco within 10 miles.

Enjoy a stylish & cozy stay at this centrally located rental. A great midpoint between SLC and Ogden ski & hiking areas. Safe neighborhood with a private entrance. 15 min from the airport & downtown SLC. We have young kids, so expect some daytime noise, stomps & play. They settle by 9-10 PM. You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am.
